We ship physical products from Slovakia to customers across the European Union.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability. If an item is not immediately available, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page or communicated by email after the order is placed.

Shipping methods and delivery time

We use reliable carriers and partner couriers, depending on the destination and delivery option selected at checkout.

Typical delivery time within the European Union is 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected delivery method.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Customs and duties

For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address and failed delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.

Damage in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition immediately (photos or video) and contact us at eshop@grizzly.ski within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
