Returns & Warranty Policy

Returns

You may return purchased goods within 21 days of delivery.
This period includes:

  • 14 days statutory right of withdrawal under EU law
  • +7 additional days as a GRIZZLY.SKI customer benefit

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • unused, unmounted and not ridden
  • not exposed to mechanical stress or installation
  • returned in original packaging, complete and undamaged
  • purchased directly via the official GRIZZLY.SKI e-shop
  • proof of purchase provided

Bindings, toes, heels or components that have been mounted, used or tested in real mountain conditions cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Before sending any product back, please contact us at eshop@grizzly.ski.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • return instructions
  • the return shipping address

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us without delay at eshop@grizzly.ski. We will evaluate the issue and propose a fair solution.

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • custom or special-order products
  • sale or discounted items
  • gift cards
  • products that have been mounted or used

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days pass after refund approval, please contact us at eshop@grizzly.ski.

Warranty

GRIZZLY.SKI products are engineered and tested for demanding alpine and backcountry use.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable EU legislation.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • incorrect or improper installation
  • unauthorized modifications
  • damage caused by accidents or misuse

Always follow the instructions provided in the official product manual (e.g. GR SPLIT BOOK).
